Discontinuing Surveys in 2019
After over 20 years we are discontinuing our worshop participant 360-type feedback survey. During this time the survey had about 10,000 survey participants and about 60,000 ratings from others who were important to their professional success.
The major reason for discontinuing is that most clients talked of "feedback fatigue" in their organizations which led managers and others to resist completing another feedback survey. The second reason is many organizations feel they are better at giving on-going feedback.
Lastly the survey engine among other things required major upgrades to comply with modern privacy issues.
